As you are reading this, my first day of school will be tomorrow. I will officially be a senior in High School and I am pretty sure I am going to have a serious case of senioritis. Anyways, for the longest time I have been eyeing the Too Faced Natural Eye Palettes. I wanted the original with the shimmer/matte colors. However, my sister suggested to purchase this palette, which is the matte version, and I thought I would share my thoughts.

I purchased this palette at Sephora for $36.00, which I think was not that bad for the quality and colors. It comes in two other versions: Neutral and Boudoir version. The neutral version is very similar to the matte version, but it has shimmer/glitter colors. While the Boudoir focuses on more pinks and grays.

I really enjoy this palette because of the tin exterior making it easily to clean off any residue on it. It is also pretty small, so I carry it easily on trips and it fits in my bag. Another thing I really like about this palette is that it comes with a handy pamphlet on creating three different eye looks. It says 3 looks, 3 steps, 3 minutes

As for the actual eyeshadow, it is AMAZING! My swatches don't give it that much justice because I got quite a tan recently, but they are heavily pigmented even without a base. They are really smooth and blend quite easily. When applying the eyeshadow on the brush there tends to be a bit of fall-out because of how smooth the formula is, so I make sure to blow away the fall-out in the palette before it mixes with the other colors.

Overall, I would highly suggest this palette for makeup beginners or for someone who does not necessarily like makeup, but needs something fast and easy. I think I really like this more than the Naked Palette, controversal...I know.

Thanks for reading-XOXO
